Gastón Acurio's flagship cevichería serves lunch only and takes no reservations, so you queue with a pisco sour in the courtyard and then eat some of the best raw fish in the city: classic ceviche in tiger's milk, causas, tiraditos and a rice dish or two. It is not cheap by Lima standards and it is worth every sol.
