Opened in 2004 by a former US diplomat, this riad-restaurant recreates the bar from the 1942 film Casablanca — pillared courtyard, brass lamps, beaded curtains and a working Pleyel piano. The food is solid French-Moroccan; the cocktails are tourist-priced; and Mondays through Saturdays a pianist plays standards from 19:00. Reservations recommended for evenings.
