Sunshine's is a driftwood-and-corrugated-iron beach bar on Pinney's near the Four Seasons, hung with flags left by visiting yachts and running since the early nineties. It is where the Killer Bee was invented, a rum punch whose recipe Llewellyn Caines has never given out and which the bar sells with the warning that two is plenty. The kitchen does grilled lobster, ribs, snapper and jerk chicken, prices run about US$20 to US$40 a head, and lunch here tends to expand. It gets busy when a ship is in, but it is the most Nevisian thing on the beach and it is a walk rather than a taxi from the pier.
Getting there from the port
