Everything on this tour is within walking distance of where you land. From the Snug Cove breakwater wharf it is a short but uphill 10–15 minute walk (or a free cruise-day shuttle) to Imlay Street and the Killer Whale Museum (about AUD 15 / €9). The Rotary Park lookout, Snug Cove waterfront and Aslings Beach are all a further 10–20 minute walk apart around the town, so the whole loop is on foot with no transport to book.

These sites are spread 25–45 km south of Eden on roads that are partly unsealed gravel, so a DIY needs a pre-booked hire car (Eden has only a handful of taxis). Davidson Whaling Station above Kiah Inlet is about 35 minutes south; Boyd's Tower is a short walk from its car park; Green Cape Lighthouse is about an hour out, partly on gravel. Park entry may apply. Fuel is the only running cost beyond the car — all three sites are free or low-cost to visit.
