The cruise terminal is a 15–25 min flat walk from the city centre via the airport runway pedestrian crossing; a shuttle bus runs €3 one-way / €4 return if you'd rather not walk. From Casemates Square or the Market Place taxi rank, the official Gibraltar Taxi Association runs shared minibus Rock Tours of ~1h45min that include all key stops and Nature Reserve entry for roughly £45–£60 pp (€55–€70). The cable car is CLOSED for refurbishment until ~2027 — taxi tours and walking are the only ways up.
