From the cruise quay it is a 5-minute walk to the Espace Marine ponton for the Réseau Mistral bateau-bus (line 8M, ~15 min, covered by a ~€4 Mistral day pass) to Quai Cronstadt in central Toulon. From the old town, bus 40 from Cours Lafayette runs to the Mont Faron lower station; the cable car is €9 return and climbs to the summit in under 10 minutes. The day pass covers the bateau-bus and both bus 40 rides.

The coastal TER line is the DIY key. Take a Réseau Mistral bus (~€4 day pass) to La Seyne-Six-Fours station, then a TER hop to Bandol (~€4, central station, walk to the harbour). Bandol to Sanary is another short TER to Ollioules-Sanary, then a local bus into Sanary town (the station sits ~3 km out). Return to La Seyne is a direct Mistral bus. Trains run roughly hourly, so note the timetable.
