Milos is a tender port, so you tender into Adamas. The KTEL bus from the Adamas waterfront stop reaches Sarakiniko and Plaka in about 15 minutes each for roughly €2 a leg, running about hourly in summer, so check the printed timetable at the stop and plan around it. Sarakiniko, Plaka's lanes and the Kastro viewpoint are all free. Papafragas has no bus service, so add it only if you rent a car or ATV in Adamas (about €35-60 per day).

From the Adamas tender, take the KTEL bus or a taxi to Tripiti, about 12 minutes. The Catacombs (about €6, closed Tuesdays and often shut in the early afternoon, so go first and check seasonal hours) and the Roman theatre are a short signposted walk apart just below the village, with the Venus de Milo find-spot beside the theatre. Continue by bus to Plaka for the Archaeological Museum (about €4).
