The tender lands at the Old Harbour, so there is no transport to arrange — you are in the old town on foot in two minutes. Walk in via the Balbi Arch, climb Grisia to St Euphemia (church free; bell tower about €5, cash), and wander the lanes; everything is within a 15-minute walk of the quay. Regional buses run from Rovinj bus station (a 10-minute walk from the tender quay) to Pula in about an hour for €6–8 each way; buy at the station. Pula Arena is a 10-minute walk from Pula's bus station and costs around €10 to enter, with the Forum, Temple of Augustus and Arch of the Sergii all free and within a short walk.
