The Baie-Eternite sector of Parc national du Fjord-du-Saguenay is at 91 rue Notre-Dame, Riviere-Eternite, about 55 km / ~55 min by road from the La Baie wharf — there is no public transit, so DIY means a pre-arranged taxi or a rental car. Park daily access is CAD 10.10 (~€7), free for under-18s, and is best pre-paid online at sepaq.com/accesparcs. From the discovery centre the Statue Trail climbs to the Notre-Dame-du-Saguenay viewpoint (7.6 km return, 3–4 h for the full loop; a shorter ~2 h partial climb of roughly 500 steps reaches a fjord lookout). Bring water and trail shoes; there is no shop at the trailhead beyond the centre.
