The Museum of the Frankincense Land sits at the western end of Al Baleed park. Two halls: the History Hall traces 7,000 years of Dhofari trade and Bronze-Age archaeology; the Maritime Hall covers Omani dhow-building, navigation and the medieval frankincense routes to East Africa, India and China. Air-conditioned and bilingual.
