Note that, unusually for a U.S. territory, St. Croix drives on the left.

From the cruise terminal to the city centre
The pier lands you right on the Frederiksted waterfront; step off and Fort Frederik, Strand Street, the cafes and the town swim beach are all a few flat minutes on foot.

Licensed taxi vans meet every ship and run regulated per-person fares to Christiansted and the beaches, plus set half-day and full-day island tours; agree the fare and a firm return time up front.
