Tortola Pier Park (Road Town) has shared open-air 'safari' taxis lined up at the terminal exit; the run to Cane Garden Bay is about 20 minutes and posts at $24 round trip per person (cash, paid upfront, keep the ticket stub for the return). Buses leave roughly hourly with the last return around 4pm. From the Cane Garden Bay beach it is a flat 8-minute walk to Callwood Rum Distillery (the Eastern Caribbean's oldest working distillery), where a tasting is about $5. Everything else here is free public beach.

Skip the catamaran and ferry across instead: from the Road Town ferry terminal (10-min walk from the cruise pier) Speedy's and Road Town Fast Ferry run to Spanish Town, Virgin Gorda multiple times a day Mon–Sat (roughly $40 round trip, 30 min each way). At Spanish Town dock, open taxis run to The Baths' top entrance for about $5pp; the National Park entry is $3. From the top it's a 15-minute scramble down through the boulder caves to Devil's Bay beach. Bring your own mask/snorkel — there's no rental at the trailhead.
