Everything here is a cheap petit taxi ride (20-50 MAD each) from the port, so a guide adds little. The Kasbah Oufella cable car is 80 MAD return from its lower station near the marina; Souk El Had is free to enter (closed Mondays); the marina and beach promenade are walk-and-graze. Carry small dirham notes and agree each taxi fare or ask for the meter.

There is no public transport to the valley, so share a grand taxi or negotiate a private car with driver at the port gate (~400-600 MAD / €36-55 round trip, split across the group). It is about 75 minutes each way via Aourir and Imouzzer; the pools and gorge walk are free. Bring water, shoes for rock, and swimwear.
