High on the eastern side of the Dimcay valley, the Dim Cave is one of Turkey's most impressive show caves: a 360-metre lit walkway winds past forests of stalactites and stalagmites to a small underground lake, the air cool and damp even when it is 35 degrees outside. It takes about half an hour to walk through, and pairs perfectly with lunch at one of the river-platform restaurants below. Reach it by taxi or car; there is no practical bus.
