Ships dock in central Eidfjord — the tourist office is 50m from the gangway. The dedicated Vøringsfossen Shuttle Bus departs from Ostangvegen 20 (2 min walk from the pier), 30 min each way to the waterfall, ~€35 return. The new viewing platforms and Sky Bridge are free walk-up. Pick the 2.5h variant (€33–€39, 90 min at the falls) rather than the 2h short version (€26, only 60 min on site) — the extra half-hour is what makes Sky Bridge plus Fossli Hotel viewpoint feasible.

From the cruise pier, walk 5 min to the bus stop and take the dedicated Norwegian Nature Centre shuttle bus (sold via Book Hardanger, ~€15 return) — 15 min each way to Øvre Eidfjord. Centre entry is 180 NOK (€16) adults, 100 NOK (€10) kids. The Hardangerfjord cinematic film runs continuously; allow 90 min for exhibitions and the film. The centre's café serves a typical Norwegian lunch.
