Licensed island taxis wait at the cruise terminal gate and run set-rate tours. The Botanical Gardens are ~1.5 km north of town (entry is a few EC$, or tip a guide); Fort Charlotte is a short hilly drive west. A shared half-day car is about US$120-150 split across your group, and everything is within 15 minutes of the berth so you can walk the town yourself at the end.

Hire a licensed taxi at the terminal gate for the run up the winding leeward coast road - about 45 minutes each way, roughly US$120-160 for the car for a half-day (split your group). There is a small site/anchorage fee at Wallilabou; the bay itself and the old sets are walk-up. Agree a wait-and-return with the driver, as taxis are scarce out there.
