From the cruise terminal walk ~12 min to the Old Ferry terminal (Smiltynės perkėla) and take the pedestrian ferry across to Smiltynė — it runs roughly every 30 min, takes about 10 min and costs ~€2 return. From Smiltynė, Neringa public buses run down the spit to Juodkrantė (Hill of Witches, ~25 min, ~€3) and on to Nida (~40 min more, ~€6); buses are roughly hourly so check return times. Nida's Parnidis Dune and village are free to walk; lunch is the main spend.
