From the cruise pier (Porto Industriale or Alto Fondale) take the port-operator shuttle bus to Piazza del Municipio (~€5pp round trip, 15 min, runs every 20–30 min on cruise days; some lines include it free). From the drop-off, the LAM Blu city bus to Livorno Centrale station is €1.50 each way (tickets at the kiosk by the stop), or a 15-min walk. Trenitalia Regionale trains run Livorno Centrale → Firenze SMN about every 30–60 min, take 80–95 min direct, and cost €10.10 each way. In Florence everything sits inside a 25-min walk from SMN; the Duomo square is free to admire from outside, while Accademia (David) is €16 and the Uffizi is €25.

Same port-shuttle and LAM Blu hop as the Florence day gets you to Livorno Centrale (~€6pp round trip). Trenitalia Regionale trains run Livorno → Pisa Centrale every 15–30 min, take 16–20 min and cost €2.80 each way. From Pisa Centrale either walk 25 min along Corso Italia and across the Arno, or grab the LAM Rossa bus (€1.70, 15 min) to Torre stop right beside the Field of Miracles.
