From the Nynäshamn quay it is a ~6 min walk to Nynäshamn station, then the SL commuter train (pendeltåg line 43) runs to Stockholm City in ~62 min, up to twice an hour, on a standard SL single fare of 43 SEK (~€4) tapped contactless with card or phone (no surcharge, unlike Arlanda). From Stockholm City station it is a 10-15 min walk down to Gamla Stan; everything in the Old Town, the Royal Palace exterior and City Hall is walkable.
