Taxi from Omaezaki port to Kakegawa Castle takes about 35 minutes (~¥8,000–9,000). The castle and Ninomaru Palace share a ¥410 combined ticket. Kasuisai Temple is 10 minutes by taxi from the castle (free entry, donation welcome). Return taxi to port ~35 min. Alternatively, a pre-booked car or taxi for the half day runs ¥15,000–20,000.
