Everything is walkable from the Northland Cruise Terminal. Cow Bay is directly adjacent; the Museum of Northern BC is a 15-minute walk along the waterfront ($16 CAD admission). Seal Cove is a 25-minute walk or a ~$10 CAD taxi from the city centre. No bookings needed except optionally pre-purchasing museum entry online.

The cannery is in Port Edward, about 20 km south of Prince Rupert. BC Transit Route 52 runs there for $2.25 CAD exact cash, but service is infrequent — check the schedule. A taxi costs $40–50 CAD each way. Admission is $18 CAD adult and includes guided tours at set times (11am, 2pm; also 1pm and 3pm in July–August). Open May–September only.
