Walk directly from Muelle Prat tender pier north along the waterfront to Plaza Muñoz Gamero in 15 minutes — the city is flat and compact. Cerro La Cruz is a 10-minute walk uphill from the plaza. The Magallanes Regional Museum charges ~€3 (CLP 3,000). The Municipal Cemetery is free and a 15-minute walk north of the plaza.
