There is no reliable public bus, so this is a taxi or rental-car day. From the Rockland Public Landing a taxi to Camden Hills State Park is about 25-30 minutes and roughly $30-45 per car each way; the Mount Battie auto road is walk-up with a small state-park day-use fee (about $6-8 per adult). Camden village is a 5-minute drive down from the summit and is fully walkable. Arrange your return taxi in advance because supply is thin on cruise days.

This is a pure walking day; you need no transport at all. The Farnsworth is a 7-minute walk up from the Public Landing at 16 Museum Street, adult admission is $20 (16 and under free) and it is walk-up. The Maine Lighthouse Museum on the waterfront is $12, and Main Street's galleries and cafes are free to browse in between.
