Emiliana is one of the world's largest organic wine producers, and its Casablanca estate on Ruta 68 shows how it works: the tour walks you through the vineyards, gardens and animals used in biodynamic farming, then finishes with a tasting of four wines. Tours run Tuesday–Saturday at 10:30, 12:30 and 14:30 for up to 30 people and must be booked online. There's no public transport, so arrange a driver.
