La Sebastiana was Pablo Neruda's Valparaíso home: five narrow floors stacked on the hillside, each with windows framing the bay. Like his other houses, it's full of odd treasures, from a carousel horse to a bar for entertaining friends. It's run by the Fundación Pablo Neruda and closed on Mondays. Combine it with the Museo a Cielo Abierto murals on Cerro Bellavista, just below.
