Vicente Huidobro, the founder of the Creacionismo movement, spent his final years in this house above Cartagena and died here in 1948. It opened as a museum in 2013, with his books, photographs and personal objects. A marked path climbs behind the house to his tomb, a national monument, where he asked to be buried facing the sea. The whole area is protected as a heritage zone. Opening hours weren't confirmed online, so check locally.
