The Nihondaira Ropeway runs a 1,065m cable car in about five minutes from the plateau across the steep Byobudani cliffs down to Mount Kuno. The ride gives dramatic views of the coast and, often, Mount Fuji, and is the easiest way to reach Kunozan Toshogu.
