Havensight cruise pier has a fixed-rate safari taxi rank right next to the gangway with posted USVI Taxi Commission rates - Mountain Top is $12 pp one-way, Magens Bay is $10 pp one-way, downtown Charlotte Amalie is $5 pp. Magens Bay entry is $5 pp at the gate (cash). The shorter Crown Bay pier has the same rates and a 5-minute longer drive. Charlotte Amalie waterfront is a flat 25-minute walk back from Havensight along the Veteran's Drive promenade.

Charlotte Amalie waterfront has a direct passenger ferry to Cruz Bay (45 min, USD 13/€12 one way) several times a day in cruise season - skip the Red Hook transfer entirely. From the cruise pier, walk or take the USD 5 shuttle to the downtown ferry terminal. In Cruz Bay, the safari-taxi rank at the dock runs the North Shore route to Trunk Bay (USD 7/€6 one way, 15 min). Trunk Bay entry is USD 5/€5 per person 16+ at the booth. Snorkel gear rents at the beach kiosk for USD 15.
