Colo-i-Suva Forest Park is about 25 minutes north of King's Wharf - the easy DIY is a return taxi (roughly FJ$30-40 / ~€14 each way; agree a wait or a firm pickup time). Park entry is a few Fijian dollars (about FJ$5-12 / ~€7). The main trail loop to the natural pools and the waterfall takes 60-90 minutes and can be slippery, so wear grippy shoes and skip it after heavy rain. Bring cash, water and a swimsuit.
