Cruise ships berth or tender at Quai Rainier III in Port Hercule. For hilltop Èze, walk ~12 min to the Place d'Armes bus stop and take the ZOU! regional line 602 (Nice–Monaco via the Moyenne Corniche) which stops right at Èze Village in ~25 min; pay ~€2.10 contactless on board. The village itself is car-free and steeply cobbled. Note the Fragonard perfume factory is down on the coast road near Èze-sur-Mer, not in the hilltop village, so DIY visitors skip it and add Monte Carlo's Place du Casino on the walk back from the bus instead.

From Quai Rainier III it is a ~15 min walk to the foot of Le Rocher, then a short climb (or CAM bus line 1/2 to Place de la Visitation) up to Monaco-Ville. Everything on the Rock is then on foot: the Palace square and changing of the guard (around 11:55), the Cathedral (free entry) and the Oceanographic Museum (adult €22.50). The whole quarter is pedestrianised and walkable end to end in under 10 minutes.
