Pier II is in downtown Kodiak — the Alutiiq Museum and Holy Resurrection Cathedral are a 5–8 minute walk. Fort Abercrombie is 5 km north on Rezanof Drive; the standard play is to share a taxi from the rank at the pier for roughly $20 USD (€18) each way, splitting two-to-four ways gets it to €9 per person each way. Kodiak Military History Museum at Miller Point is $5 (€5) entry; the park itself has a $5/vehicle day-use fee usually wrapped into the taxi fare. Uber and Lyft do not operate on Kodiak.
