The tender lands right on the Parikia waterfront, where KTEL Paros buses leave from the stop by the windmill: Parikia to Lefkes is about 25 minutes (€1.80) and Parikia to Naoussa about 20 minutes (€1.80), paid in cash to the driver or at the kiosk. Walk the Parikia old town and Church of 100 Doors on foot first, then bus out to Lefkes and Naoussa. Buses are hourly-ish in summer, so check return times against your last tender.

Everything is on foot from the tender: the Church of 100 Doors is a 5-minute flat walk from the Parikia waterfront and entry is free (a small donation for the Byzantine museum inside). The Archaeological Museum of Paros is two minutes further, with a modest entry fee of a couple of euros. From there the Kastro, built from ancient marble, and the windmill are a short circular stroll. No transport needed.
