Gangjeong Cruise Port opened in 2017 and can berth two large ships simultaneously. The port is about 10 km west of Seogwipo city centre — shuttle buses or public buses connect you in 20–30 minutes. Jeju Island is compact enough for a full-day independent tour by bus, but distances to the east coast (Seongsan Ilchulbong) require planning. Taxis are metered and affordable; ride-hailing apps Kakao T and K-ride work well.

Take the free Jeju Tourism Organization shuttle from Gangjeong cruise terminal to Seogwipo Olle Market (about 15 minutes, runs every 30 minutes on ship days). Cheonjiyeon Waterfall is a 10-minute walk from the market (entry ₩2,500). For Jusangjeolli Cliffs (entry ₩2,000) and Yakcheonsa Temple (free), take bus 202 westbound from Seogwipo — both stops are about 15–20 minutes apart along the Jungmun coast road.

From Gangjeong cruise terminal, take bus 201 (or 202 eastbound) to Seongsan — the ride takes about 60–70 minutes and costs ₩2,000. Seongsan Ilchulbong entry is ₩5,000. The crater hike takes 20–30 minutes up (about 550 steps). Seongeup Folk Village is a 15-minute bus ride back toward Seogwipo and is free to enter.
