Cosmo World sits at the heart of Minato Mirai with no entrance fee — you pay per ride. The centrepiece is the Cosmo Clock 21, a 112.5-metre Ferris wheel that doubles as a giant clock, offering 15-minute rotations with panoramic harbour views. Other rides range from a diving coaster that plunges through a water tunnel to a gentle kiddie zone. The park is compact enough to browse in 30 minutes or fill an hour if you ride. Evening visits light up the Ferris wheel in colourful LED patterns reflected in the harbour.
