Daikoku Pier handles the largest mega-ships but is located roughly 15 km from the city center, requiring a shuttle bus provided by the cruise line or port authority. Walking works from Osanbashi Pier (10 min to Chinatown, 15 min to Red Brick Warehouse) and from Shinko Pier (10 min to Minato Mirai). Not viable from Daikoku Pier, which is industrial and 8 km from the city centre. Pavements are well-maintained and mostly flat. Follow the harbourside promenade for a scenic route.

Exit the cruise terminal and follow signs toward Yamashita Park (Osanbashi) or Minato Mirai (Shinko). No shuttle needed from these central piers.
